I’m back

Hi guys sorry I have been away I have been on holiday anyway I’m back now.

This weeks post I’m gonna talk about something that happened yesterday that I’m pretty proud of.

So yesterday I went to my Grandmas for the first time in forever ( not a frozen reference ) and it was good. I woke up and walked down and spend probably about 3 hours there and I didn’t really get that nervous which was a complete surprise.

I am also planning tomorrow to go to town with my nana I’m a bit more worried about that because it’s further away and I’m not too sure but I’m trying to keep a positive mindset which is hard at times.

Anyway this was just a quick update to let you know a few things normal longer posts will resume next week. I normally plan for a few days what I’m going to do but I literally have thought of this on the spot and I didn’t wan you guys to have nothing to read so I tried to get it done but I promise my thinking cap is on now for the next posts.

A message to my friends

Hi,

It’s me here. If you don’t think you can keep this secret then exit now and pretend you never opened the site what I’m about to share with you now is something I have been keeping under lock and key for over a year and I finally think I’m ready to share this with you .I don’t know who I’m gonna tell this to yet but please if anyone finds out I’m going to be devastated and all my hard work would have gone to waste so this isn’t a petty secret of who likes who this is a big deal so if you don’t feel comfortable knowing this much then don’t keep reading. You must not tell anyone else that it’s me that runs this site. My lovely and supportive followers don’t know who I am and I’d like to keep it that way it makes me feel more free to express my feelings so if you’re gonna kiss and tell please leave. Thanks.

The first step

It has come to my attention recently that I don’t really do things for people who have just started their anxiety journey.

One of my friends came to me saying they think think they have anxiety. We talked through it and I thought that she did have anxiety or she at least needed to talk to her parents about it. Obviously she was a bit nervous so we talked through how she could do it. Unfortunately, there is no magic way of doing it but I thought I’d give you some of my tips for telling someone: Continue reading

Snarky comments

Hi,

Apologies about last week i had a block but don’t worry I’m back and a year older .

Anyways, one thing I hate the most is comments dissing me about my anxiety or the fact that sometimes I struggle.

P.E every internet child’s worst nightmare but it happens and I do it twice a week without fail and tbh I’m really proud of that because that used to be one of my hardest problems. To make it even worse though, we had to do it with the boys- ok so pretty bad already and worrying me loads but it’s about to get a lot worse – it’s running laps of the court  and my normal p.e teacher isn’t there.

A positive mindset

So a few weeks ago I uploaded a post called _. This is sort of a follow on post because in that one I sort of told you to look at the negative side whereas today I’m here to talk about the positive side. So lets get started!

Your mind. Your mind controls everything. It makes every little choice whether that’s what you have for breakfast or wether you prefer Starbucks to Costa. It also controls your emotions and how you feel about certain things. You can look at life two different ways – the bad side or the good side. Often when you have anxiety your brain make you look at the bad side which is a huge challenge to try and change – But it is possible.

I believe that we can change the way that we think about things and we all just need all little more self belief. If you give up you will be missing out. All you need is a positive outlook and you can achieve your dreams.

I know you are probably sat behind that screen right now thinking ‘But I can’t do it’. The truth is you can and you will. I bet you have heard this a million bazillion times before and it is true. So one of my little resolutions is to be more positive and to have more of a positive mindset towards things.

Anyway, thanks for reading don’t forget to like comment and follow and I will see you all next week bye for now!

An acrostic poem

Hi guys so today I thought I’d do something a little different. I made and acrostic poem about anxiety. I really hope you enjoy – feel free to tell me what you think about it.

A- Alone. The feeling of loneliness.

N- Never ending. When will these feelings go.

X- Anxious about the future- Will I ever be able to do what I want to do.

I- Inadequate. That you can’t do as well as other people.

E- Exhausting. It takes all your energy away.

T- Throwing in the towel. Some days you just want to give up.

Y- Yearning for it to end. You’ve had enough.

So I hope you enjoyed and sorry it is a bit late. Please like ,share and follow to keep updated with more tips and I will see you soon.

I DID IT!

Well I have uploaded eery day of the week yey! ( I think I deserve a thumbs up for that 😉 ). So I want to talk about achieving and celebrating today as it it as vital part of anxiety and a part we don’t always fully recognise as much as we should.

So when we achieve something my councillor always says for me to reward myself. I don’t always but once in a while I do and I think that’s very important to do so it keeps you wanting to beat it (anxiety) even more.

This could be as simple as having some chocolate or baking a cake. However, you can take it a bit further with spending a bit more money than you normally would or going somewhere you enjoy. What ever you want to do, do it. Because whatever it was you did wasn’t easy and I bet it worried you so you deserve something nice to treat yourself with!

Anyway, I treated my self by buying something that I wanted because at the weekend I did something that really scared me but after about 20 mins  of being there I really enjoyed my self and I really didn’t worry hardly any at all. BTW: Pitch Perfect 2 is better than the first :).

So I hoped todays post helped you and I will go back to just uploading once a week now because I’m not gonna lie it was very hard ( hats off to you that write every day!) Please like, share and become a worry warrior as it really helps me out. I will see you next Monday.

Tidy room = a tidy mind?

So last weekend I went to IKEA and bought a couple of things for my room. I am notorious for having a messy room. I don’t like having it messy I just find it annoying to tidy it. Well as I am writing this it is tidy and I would like to keep it that way because honestly I do think it helps clear my mind and doesn’t weigh me down.

I do hope that now I will be able to keep it this tidy from now on and I will continue to keep it looking as nice as it does but who knows?

So I’m sorry for the short post, it was just to sort of let you know an update I guess. Anyway, please like, comment, follow and share as it really helps me out and I will see you tomorrow-hopefully.

ALWAYS look on the bright side of life?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrdEMERq8MA Now if you just watched this link then it will sort of set the tone of todays post.

Most people will say to look on the bright side sometimes that’s not alway that helpful so we can look at it in a different way.

What I mean is: I have a test tomorrow and I don’t think I’m going to pass.

The way we change that up is…… I have test tomorrow this could have been worse if I hadn’t revised, if I had that really horrible teacher , if i didn’t know the teacher, if I didn’t know anybody in the room, if i had to go to the dentist instead.

What I’m trying to get at is there are always bad situations but there are always worse so next time you’re dreading something think of all the worst possible situations you could be in I bet there will always be at least one worst thing you can think of.

Please like, comment, become a Worry Warrior and do all the lovely things you do and I will hopefully see you tomorrow.
