One of the things I do is put up some lists up around my room about the things I like or am looking forward to. This is all about blanking out the negatives and just focusing on the positives. I change it every 3 or 4 months or so to keep up-to-date with all the good things. On the current list I have these and some other more personal things :
- My birthday – I’m looking forward to
- Camp Bestival – I’m looking forward to
- My ukulele/ guitar lessons – I like
- Creative (art and sewing stuff) – I like
- Cooking – I like
- Holidays (especially going to Disney in florida soon) – I’m looking forward to
